The title of the song explores the area of mental health many humans struggle with and even the singer herself deals with. Her new single has a mission to normalize anxiety, to make it part of the conversation, and continue to bring awareness to it.
The song also gives fans a glimpse into the evolution of Morrison's sound and what lays ahead for her music. Personally, I'm loving the new more modern sound. Laying down simple electronic drum beats with cosmic sound waves sprinkled throughout it.

Directed by Colin Solal Cardo, the visuals bring to life the vulnerable feeling anxiety brings along by placing Morrison in a dark, desolate open area tied together with the striking choreography orchestrated by Kiani Del Valle. Morrison executed each step with utter grace and ferocity.
